Driven by his culinary expertise and love for fine foods, Mark Chew has mastered the divine art of cooking. As Owner and Executive Chef of Marcoritaville Restaurant, Mark embarks on his most recent business venture with his wife Lan, whom he met in his previous restaurant, Bay Hundred. Both from Vietnam, Mark and Lan have an extended palette of international cuisine and are well rounded when it comes to cooking. Mark’s experience in the restaurant industry has won him much success and continues to keep his customers satisfied.

Excellent Food and Service
I ate here last year after they just opened and the food was awesome. Finally made it back and im eating right now. Crab soup was very fresh and creamy. It came out right away. Congee soup with rock fish was great too and a meal by itself. Sushi is very fresh and tasty. I will probably come back tomorrow to try some more of the menu.

Recently, we at Marco’s had the pleasure of meeting Marcel Toussaint. Marcel Toussaint is tri-lingist,with his first publication at the age of 12. With poetry in dozens of anthologies,the book;Remember Me Young - I Dare Say, and his autobiography; Poetry of a Lifetime, are just some examples of his work.
Marcel enjoyed his visit so Marco’s so much he was inspired to write the poem, “Saint Michaels on a Tuesday afternoon”.
